Through Driven by Dreams, we are trying to bring relief to those living in extremely difficult conditions by providing grocery packs, clean water, and repairing homes for families who have nowhere else to turn.

Yesterday the Driven by Dreams team partnered with Merciful Servants to give back to our community 🤍

Naz & Rushna cooked up 100 serves of their famous butter chicken, and Saleem headed out with the kids alongside the Merciful Servants team to help feed the homeless and those in need at Roma Street Parklands.

On a cold, wet night, the meals didn’t last long - a true sign of how needed and appreciated they were.

We’re big believers in giving back, involving our kids, and serving the community wherever we can.

In this video, we take you through three different properties here in the village — homes where families are living in conditions that are honestly difficult to see. Tilting structures, damaged floors, leaking roofs or no roofs… these are real people, real lives, and real struggles.

And yet, even in this hardship, they welcomed us with smiles and gratitude.
SubhanAllah… it really reminds you how blessed we are, and how much difference a little kindness can make.

Words cannot fully express our gratitude to each and every one of you who have been part of this incredible journey. For 20 unforgettable years in Australia, you’ve welcomed us into your lives, shared your stories, and made The Spice Avenue more than just a restaurant—it became a home filled with love, laughter, and community.

Now, the flames are out, the aprons are hung, and the kitchen is closed. Though this chapter has ended, the memories and the bonds we’ve created will remain forever.
